10FEB25 ~ The burgers were good, but the service was terrible! I ordered online. When I drove up to the outside speaker, I waited a good five minutes, and no one said anything. I started trying to talk into the speaker to see if anyone would respond. It did not happen. I tapped on the speaker to no avail. I drove around to the service window. I waited another five minutes, and no one came to the window. There was only one vehicle in the stalls so I could not understand why no one was monitoring the speaker or the service window. I could see that no one inside was wearing a headset so that may explain why no one responded to the drive through speaker. I arrived at the time the food was supposed to be ready but now, that was ten minutes ago. Eventually a 30ish, average height, heavy set, black male came to the window, and, in a terse & disdainful voice, said, 'What do you want!" I told him that the speaker may not be working because I waited at the speaker, but no one spoke. He gave me an ugly look, ignored my question, and, again, said, "What do you want." I told him that I had an online order and gave him my entire name. He went to the keep warm box, looked at an order in there, put it back, and returned to the window. He asked, "What is it under?" in a hostile voice. I did not understand the question and said so. He was livid by this time. He was ranting, "What is it under?" I still did not know what he wanted and asked, "Do you mean my name (Which I had already given)." He is livid with me and said something like, 'What else!" I gave him my last name. I just wanted to get away from Sonic at this point. He said that my order was not there. This went back and forth with him ranting at me for my order confirmation, which I had never looked at. He kept talking down to me because I did not know that only my first name was on the order (Which I had given earlier).
This guy has no business dealing with people. You do a great disservice to all the Sonic customers if you keep people him interacting with the public.
06JAN25 ~ Most of my reviews for this Sonic are 5-Stars, but not this time. My four-quarter pound double cheeseburgers were cold, not slightly warm, cold! They failed to add onions, failed to add the requested packets of mustard & ketchup, and failed to add napkins. Come on guys!
21JAN22 All of your specials are accessed by apps. I do not have/use/do apps. Hence, I can not participate in your specials. As a result I no longer eat at Sonic very often because I can not take advantage of your specials. Please let people who do not have/use/do apps have a chance to take advantage of you specials. Please put ink in your receipt printers. My receipt is practically illegible. ~ On this visit all was good. The order taker was well spoken/articulate and pleasant. The car hop was also nice. And the corn dogs were very good! Thank you.
The Sonic street sign is still missing since Hurricane Ida so you have to look close and know where this Sonic is located as you drive down Behrman Highway or you may miss it. The stalls are well kept, the menu boards are clean & well organized, they have a nice covered patio area in front if you want to eat outside, & they have a well kept drive thru. (All Pictured)

I go to this Sonic, my local Sonic, a couple of times a month and usually have pretty good service. That was NOT the case on this visit.
I placed my order and paid with a credit card at the stall. When the waitress brought the order to our vehicle she exuded a bad, unfriendly, attitude in her mannerisms, facial expression, and voice. It was as if she was angry at me. I've never seen her before so I don't know why she should hold me in contempt.
My large hot fudge milk shake had ice cream streaking down the side, she did not bring any napkins, nor a spoon, a straw, or the receipt.
I asked for a long spoon and she said, with contempt, "We just ran out."
I then asked for a straw, some napkins, and my receipt. She brought out a straw that was 6 to 7 inches long, maybe for your small drinks but it would not reach halfway into my large milk shake, the receipt was a 'Closed Check Reprint' but at least it was a receipt, and she still failed to bring out any napkins.
I tip based on service, $1.00 or 15%, which ever is greater. She did not get a tip.

I checked in and watched another customer order after me and receive their order before I did. 8 minutes after the screen flashed "orders is on the way" I finally received my order. Employees were very nice and professional but it is hard to judge food wuality when it is received COLD.
Trying again this Sunday. I order the same thing: All American Hot Dog with Tots ans a Coke. Screen flashes that the carhop is on the way. A new car pulls into stall 1 and imeediately orders, 5 Minutes later, here comes my food and 20 seconds after that stall 1 has their order. Is there something about ordering a hot dog that delays the carhop from bringing the order in a timely fashion when it is ready? If this is the case, I will try and order something else off...
