Kho Bo Ngoc Quyen (Vietnamese Beef Jerky) — Restaurant in Louisiana

We always run by the Hong Kong Market whenever we’re in NOLA but had never noticed this lil gem on the left outside the market. When we entered, an older lady watching the storefront notified a younger woman that she had customers - it only took 5-10 minutes to get our drinks. I really enjoyed the Nuoc Mat - a pandan leaf, artichoke, chia seed natural jelly drink and my husband loved the pineapple smoothie.

We did not order a snack plate; having just come from Dian Xin in the French Quarter. I got to sample every item before buying - my favorites being the dried jackfruit, black pepper beef jerky and regular & spicy shredded cuttlefish! The shop has a variety of beef jerkies, candied fruits, Vietnamese street food and drinks. The owner is very funny and sweet once you get to know her. I like the mango jerky salad and the Vietnamese coffee here.There is something here for everyone so...
