Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Louisiana

Absolutely horrible. EVERY TIME I come here, no one will serve me. Without a doubt. Every time I've tried, no one. It isn't just a broken stall either, I've tried multiple stalls and the drive through! I went tonight about 20 minutes before close and waited 15 minutes in the stall. I kept pressing the button and kept hearing a woman come on the microphone, breathe, and then turn it off on me. I waited SO LONG that someone in the stall next to me came to check on me. A random stranger checked on me, but an employee wouldn't! I finally pulled into the drive through and multiple employees stared at me, looked down, walked away and turned off the lights on me. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS!!!! Once was in broad daylight around 1pm and I waited 10 minutes (yes, I did watch the clock) and no one would answer me. I kept hearing them turn off the microphone and employees giggling in the background. This business is a pathetic joke, and so is the "training" of everyone being paid to stand around and do nothing. I work in fast food, so I know what it feels like. I would never treat someone the way that this restaurant has treated me. It takes a lot to make me mad, but this place has me LIVID. Please, for the love of God, just go to McDonald's or anywhere else. Their ice cream machine might always be "broken" and your drink might have suspicious bubbles that may or may not be spit, but at least you'll get some...

I seldom write a bad review, but this place apparently has horrible management and employees. One particular order---cold tots, one drink was incorrect, forgot one burger, did not bring picante sauce that I requested. After telling them that they made these errors, they brought out the correct food and another drink, but didn't the bring picante sauce again. There has always been something wrong. Very disappointing. After multiple errors in the past, I decided to give them another chance. The tots were undercooked and were a greasy, crumbled mess. I won't ever go back. Go to the other end of Cypress Street to the Sonic near Super 1 Foods. Never a single problem and the employees are trained to care. It's worth the drive, even if this location is...

This place is a joke. I keep giving it a chance and it just keeps disappointing. I have never had a correct order. Their chicken strips are a joke. Tonight my 3 chicken strips were so small they looked like nuggets. They also seemed like they were cooked earlier in the night and reheated. I asked for fries and got tots. My gravy was disgusting, brown instead of white and only half full cup. Apparently it’s the same gravy they used all day and scraped the bottom of the barrel for mine. The last time I came. I pressed the red button and sat for 7 minutes before they finally took my order. Someone better manage this place better or it will be out of business. There are lots better places to eat...
