Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

On my lunch break I walk in and approach the counter and the woman behind the glass welcomes me as she's making the man's meal in front of me. She asks me what type of bread I'd like and I tell her 12" Italian herb and cheese and that it would be a chicken breast meal with pepper jack cheese. She is in conversation with the guy and goes to put my sandwich into the toaster without asking me if I'd like it toasted. I say "sweetheart, don't do that to mine". She turns around and drops my sandwich back onto the cutting board and waves her hand across the counter at me and with a nasty attitude tells me "don't ever call me sweetheart" and walks away. She never told me her name and I didn't see a name tag on her and I never thought being nice and polite would backfire like that. So I pay out still confused about the situation. I get back to work to eat my sandwich and take a bite, the chicken is ice cold. She did not ask if I wanted my chicken heated and I had no idea that it was so cold. We had barely picked our subs out and the cashier was already hollering to our sub artist, asking what we ordered so he could ring us up. The cashier didn't know if we were going to make it a meal or if I'd like to add some cookies at the end. They missed out on some upsales, that's for sure. Also, the manager lady and some guy in extremely casual house clothes went through to the back and she told the guys up front 'If the phone rings, DON'T ANSWER IT!!!'. That was honestly super odd, especially for a business around dinner time..and in general. Then when our subs were finished, the cashier called the guy from the back to help exchange bills and add quarters to the drawer. Went 2 days ago added wrong condiment. When told he just simply tried to scrap it off. I told him that was unacceptable and he remade sandwhich. Went again today and again put wrong condiment on sandwhich. This time he tried to rip the sandwhich in half and put a new half loaf on to replace it. Again told him unacceptable. Due to lack of time to wait for a new sandwhich I asked for refund. I had used a CC but he was refunding in cash, problem was he didn't know how to count change. Was suppose to be refunded $15,83. After waiting I finally just said give me the 15 and keep the 83. So I got nothing, no food and it still cost...
