this place was sold under new ownership
doesnt seem bad at first until they started showing their true colors later on.
our old owners, Jeff and Judah, both left because they were threatened to be fired for seemingly no reason.
After they left, they were targeting our manager, which also ended up leaving after being let go for, once again, no reason.
once she left, it was our turn. I, along with the other 8 people that I were working with, were all let go + banned from ever entering the store again.
we were then replaced with a bunch of indians, who don't clock in, that work for free. they don't get paid a dime to work here. one of them is forced to work by themselves on some days, from open to close, no breaks, no overtime, nothing.
all of this is set in place to maximize profits, indians are the cheapest to hire/work with. also, I've worked with one of them, they are the messiest people i've worked with. they don't use gloves when prepping, and they'll leave food out in the back for hours and hours on end, which is a serious health issue. one of our more respectable employees reported this as it was happening (before getting fired), and nothing was done to fix it. they dont care.
definitely some shady owners, and this isnt the only store they're doing this at. Any Subway owned by Jeff are now owned by these guys.
the only thing you should gather from this info is that these people are doing some very suspicious and illegal activities, and that you shouldn't step foot in this...
Read moreWas there today and got a dr.pepper and once i got home i tasted it and it did NIT taste right. I asked my family members to try it and they agreed that it didn’t taste right. My mother opened the lid and smelt the cup and was INSTANTLY taken back by a smell of sulfur and rotting eggs. I am sick to my stomach just knowing that this was consumed by me and some of my family members. We all don’t feel right about this so we called the store and they told us to return and get a new drink. I went there in hopes for someone to acknowledge how bad their drinks smell and taste and they refused to smell the drink or even to inspect their fountain drink machine. They never offered a refund NOR at least a trade for the price I spent on a large drink. They told us to just throw it away of I didn’t want another drink and that was that. Tomorrow I will be calling the health department and setting this straight. It’s awful that they know what they are selling is NOT good, yet they continue to sell it. A woman also heard me and my brother talking about it and she smelt her lemonade and she also said it smelt really bad so she got a different drink. I advise NOBODY gets a drink there. No matter...
