Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

March 16th at 12:15am I ordered some food online and my order number is #910125 this location was still opened. I sat at the intercom for 5 mins no one responded and I drove up to the drive thru window and there was a girl with headsets on hiding because she didn’t want to take anyone’s order. Mind you I made my order online I paid my money and there was no way to get a refund. That employee should definitely be fired and I’m sure its on camera. Where is the owner of this location or the manager???? Crazy. So I called the location and a guy answered the phone and I informed him of the girl who was hiding who didn’t want to take my order. His excuse was “it’s only two of us working tonight” but you had no customers and I’m the only one in the parking lot and I can clearly see the red light coming from your headset while you’re bending down trying to hide from me. You’re basically stealing money and time from the company and honestly you don’t...

This was a to go order from the dining area. They tried to give me tea from behind the drive thru area that had soured, without ice and no lids. ??? This was a weird situation. I had to ASK for ice. After I tasted and refused the old tea, I was given new cups and was allowed to fix my own from the self serve area. This tea was fresh. Felt kinda like they were deliberately trying to pass off the spoiled tea on me. Then our food was all thrown in the bag and fell apart before we could get home. It was completely inedible. $24 wasted. My dogs enjoyed it so not a complete waste. 02-20-2020 lunchtime. So I am going to judge Taco Bell based upon everything except the food. I’ve never been a big fan of the taste of Taco Bell yet I eat it occasionally out of convenience. The location appeared to be clean even throughout my meal there were people from behind the register coming out into the lobby wiping down and sweeping. The person behind the counter that took my order pick my meal for me. He done a good job, he was very polite sociable and helpful.
