Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

We've made a couple visits to this store and never had the slow, frustrating service that we did this visit. When we came in, there was already a long line and two people running the front. One whom appeared to be in training. When it got to placing our orders, it was obvious the young man was only training. First sandwich, he really skimps on the meat & forgets the bacon; I reminded him as he was about to put my sandwich in the oven. He removes my cheese, sets it on the counter, adds a strip or two of bacon, and replaces the cheese. Second and third sandwich, after someone from one from the back came to assist, (who seemed just as flustered) when the young woman that was on the front left for a smoke break, they forget the cheese. Again had to remind them a couple times to put the cheese on before putting it in the oven. Now came the part of adding the toppings, only one sandwich was different by one item. Again we had to repeat several times. Now the dressing...again all the same...ranch, (which was applied way too generously that it actually drowned the sandwich flavor.) The order was then wrapped up, now mind you we had one sandwich that had one different topping than the others which would have normally been marked...but not this time. They were wrapped hastily and tossed in a single bag. Was seriously not impressed this visit or the sandwiches...because even with all we added, they simply tasted like bread and...

Woman working counter was in bad mood. Ordered 2 sandwiches chips and 2 cookies to go. Charged correctly but got home didn't have complete order. Went back a couple hours later to get cookies. Man behind counter. I told him the story and showed my receipt. He said no. You got what you got. I turned to walk out and he says just kidding but it certainly didn't sound like it.
