Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is quick and the people who work there are 99% great. The portions over the last year are usually consistent even on the busiest of days or nights. My only complaint is sauce packets and napkins...look if I ask for sauce and you put 8 packets for 8 things and 2 napkins, don't get poopy face when I ask for more sauce and napkins. Ok 4 stars only because the employees obviously have to live in fear of being fired if they give too much sauce and napkins or Taco Bell is into profit sharing with employees which is doubtful. Either way I can't just park next to the drive through to go in and get my own sauce. You have to pull out onto to the street and go back through the one way in. It wouldn't be bad but when I go to Taco Bell everybody's going to Taco Bell. I don't have time to go around again for sauce and napkins then try to get back to work on time. Just ask for extra sauce and napkins you say? I do and they only give you 2 more packets and 1 more napkin. I will still go back I'm not...

I work at this taco bell, and trust me they put all their power into getting your order right. I have been there before getting the wrong order at McDonalds or burger king or what ever fast food restaurant there is, but believe me, these guys work their behinds off to get you your right order and they are the coolest people to hang with. There is only one person that went off an a customer for no absolute reason and that ashamed me, but they are trying to make your day. I have made multiple peoples day, this one guy even said,"Your enthusiastic about selling tacos, I love it." That's the kind of people we are. So if you hate, you did something to them, or they just made a mistake and half the time it's not their fault. This is seriously the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. & we PCS’d here from Fairbanks Alaska so THAT should tell you something 🥴. (Fast food in Fairbanks is horrible). This place makes the Taco Bell in Fairbanks seem like a 5 star restaurant. I find the staff a little off putting and a tad rude. Food comes out in a timely manner but only because they quite literally slopped everything together. Sauce literally pouring out of my quesadilla after I take a bite. WAYYY too much. Take a bite and get a mouth full of sauce. Everything is just SO sloppy. Makes me sad because we LOVE taco bell. But I think we’re cool on this location for a hot minute....
