Waffle House — Restaurant in Louisiana

Pretty disappointed called and ordered ahead two chocolate chip waffles all American meal with eggs over easy and grits and a ham and cheese omelette with grits. I got to the restaurant I was helped right away and greeted with a smile. I asked the waitress if everything I needed to eat was in the bag and she assured me it was, I said because I had a ways to go again she assured me everything was in the bag so I pay my bill gave her 25% tip I was on my way. I ordered the Grand Slam and had a hair in my waffle. Keep in mind my had is shaved. I sent it back and they made me another. Never said I'm sorry or anything. I mentioned it to the cashier and they gave me 15 percent off. I was fine with that. I also ordered a plate to go with a sandwich and hash browns for lunch. When I finally ate that, there was a hair in my hash browns. I called and asked for the manager and she told the person answering the phone to take a massage and she would return the call. I told her what happened and told her that whoever is cooking needs to wear a hair net or get stop cooking. That was 5 days ago and I still haven't heard from management there. Im a valued customer of waffle house i eat there at least twice a week i went in to explain to them that they over charged me for the meal i purchased as i was explaining they tried to snatch the receipt out of my hand so i ask them to show me the original receipt and they told me they couldn't she told me that they only can show me the total cost of the meal they literally started to arguing over the prices of a add on any other restaurant like I-hop shows you what u purchased and the total amount of the meal im very disappointed an the service i had as a valued customer so from now on ill be eating at I-hop where they know the prices of there meal and show you...
