I’ve been coming to Bayou. Crawfish since January (start of the season). Being a new customer I was kinda wary, as usual, but I was greeted with a smile AND was able to sample before I buy. I WAS HOOKED! Let me tell you. 10/10 on spice, crawfish are big and easy to peel! Potatoes are super soft and tender and hold a great flavor! And so, I keep coming back, more and more. We have been coming to Bayou Crawfish since last year and mannn the crawfish AND shrimp are some of the best in town and they are always so friendly and care about their customers! I LOVEEEE that they almost always have a special going on! And can’t forget that BAYOU SAUCEE!
