Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is filthy! First there is no hand soap in the ladies room. So how are the female workers washing their hands? I tried to use the hand sanitizer and guess what? It was empty too! I told the the girl at the counter there was no hand soap in the ladies room and she just said, "oh!" She, nor anyone else for that matter, tended to it while we were here. There were no straws, tables were filthy, drink machine area was filthy and the place smelled of pot! The ONLY reason we ate here is because we are OTR drivers and this was the only choice we had. I would like to know who owns this location so I can report it to them directly. I have read all the other 1 star reviews and someone obviously doesn't care or doesn't know how terrible this place is. Something needs to be done or it should be closed. The food was good. Wendy's is my go to for a decent fast food burger.

I went to pick up a mobile order and my son is the most amiable person I know, sweet as pie. He was taken aback by the vitriol the woman working the window had. She described something they were out of and called it a name we were unfamiliar with. She seemed exasperated, annoyed, and generally upset about something. He said to me, "If she didn't wanna come to work today she shoulda stayed home!" My son very rarely gets annoyed. She completely turned a basic interaction into one that left the customer (us) dazed and confused. Too early in the morning for such annoyance.

I have worked near by this Wendy's for a few years and I have over 100 visits to this location. I have determined that it is the worst Wendy's within the Kenner/Metairie area for a number of reasons. I will go out of my way to the Williams location so that I can get my food correct, in a timely fashion. Often is the inside locked at random times of the day here without explanation. This is not the case at any other Wendy's. It depends on who's working but the majority of the time, I immediately experience an issue as soon as I pull up weather it be "we're out of this/that" or no answer/long wait at the drive thru order speaker.
