Annie's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

Never order from this establishment. I just tried to place an order over the phone and the manager of 18 years (I know because she told me twice) has no sense of customer service. I explained to her after placing my order that the last time the delivery driver brought us the wrong drink. Instead of taking it back to the store he indicated that he would "make it right" the next time. She stated that there was no credit on the account and continued to say that she has 50 people a day trying to call in and get free stuff. I, at that point, said to her that I just wanted her to place my order and that I didn't need to hear the excuses...that that was poor customer service and she had the AUDACITY to say that I was being a poor customer!! Annie's pizza just lost a customer and I will be reaching out...

When we called and placed our order of only 2 pizzas, we were given a time frame of 45 to an hour. Called an hour after placing the order and was told the driver already left the store "a while ago"... we waited until 30 minutes later (mind you an hour and 30 minutes after originally placing the order and 30 minutes since we were told our pies were well on their way) and still no pizzas. When we called back we were told that they were on their way with the pies and we had to remember we were not the only orders placed. We are LITERALLY right down the road (about a minute or less). After getting my other answers, I got frustrated and hung up. Finally the pizzas are here and cold. Next time I will order else where and just go...

Up until today I've loved Annie's. First the driver couldn't change any bill. We were told that it was his first run of the day. I usually order at least once a month, the lady was extremely rude when we called dispute the matter. It's was over an hour later from noon til 1:47pm. We where told that if we wanted to order we had to first get the food that was cold and had been sitting. We were also told that we couldn't order again until $22.+ was paid. I told her we would love our food, but not old cold food. We call pizza hut. The end sorry that I was forced to even...
