Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

New location. Very impressed. On their second week of business this week I placed a large order (over 25 pizzas) online at around 9:30am and they had them ready on time for my scheduled pickup at noon. Four of them even helped me carry the pizzas out to the car. The order was spot-on and by the time I arrived and settled in, the pizza was still hot. Great team. I was worried that the late notice (since I saw they didn’t open until 11am) would not be enough so I asked their crew if it was enough notice and they said it was just fine… they start much earlier in the day and I can call it in too (which apparently has its benefits on both sides with the added communication), so I might do that next time. I visited the location on Hikes lane. They are normally my go-to spot after 🏈 practice. The customer service has become horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas and bread. They told me it would be 15 minutes. @20 minutes a young man brings 1 box to my car. I advised it wasn't my order. 2 minutes later he comes with 1 box again, not my order. I guess the supervisor came out to me next. He advised the cashier's gave my order to someone else but he would fix and give an extra crazy bread. Well 20 more minutes later I walk in the store. No food is ready and I got a refund. NEVER going back. Half the staff was sitting out...

The service was bad they got an order wrong I told them I needed a stuff crust cheese pizza and he already had it ready so i figured it’s okay I’ll just take it and go and I opened it in my car finding out that it’s pepperoni I close it and go talk to them ab it asking for a swap they said they couldn’t take it back due to it being outside of store I honestly don’t know what he thinks I could do in a span of 1 min walking back and forth and me being a muslim too it’s disgraceful so I could not accept this...
