First time here. The food was really good, but unfortunately, we had to eat it at our office, after our lunch break. We arrived about 11:15 AM. At 11:45 we still had not even received our appetizer yet people who were seated 15 minutes or more after we came in, we’re getting their food. I’m not sure if the server we had was new, but she was hardly ever at our table. We had to call out to her to ask where our food was, and she just walked away in the middle of my asking. She seemed very lost. I would’ve been okay with everything, since she was probably new at serving but what bothers me is that no one came over to our table to talk to us to apologize, etc. We literally had to wave down people just to get our food to tell them we needed to go because we were out of time. Our server never even came to the table to apologize. She just completely avoided us. Unfortunately, that was enough for me to not go back. Disappointing because the food was good. Other servers and the hostess knew what was going on with our table because the other servers were the ones that refilled our drinks,(when we asked), and brought and picked up our check. The hostess kept looking at us and could hear everything we were saying. Management should have at least stopped by our table. That’s all it...
Read moreDecided to try a new to us restaurant for lunch. Chose Brass Social after a near me Google search. Arrived around 11:30 AM . Only one other customer. Covered outdoor seating was available but we decided to eat inside. One large dining area with a mix of tables and booth seating. Everything was spotless. Waitress was at our table with water as we sat down. We ordered the BLT and a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. We got garlic mashed potatoes as the side for the sandwich. Club was excellent with slices but of ham and turkey on toasted sourdough. No lightweight shaved deli meat on this sandwich! The potatoes were fine but we couldn’t taste any garlic. The Cobb Salad was huge with a large chicken breast cooked perfectly and sliced. Chopped red onions, bacon, eggs, crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes and avocado were arranged on top of super fresh mixed greens. The blue cheese dressing was creamy and perfect. The salad was oversized and even after sharing, we brought half home. By the time we left over half of the tables inside and out were filled. Quick, friendly service and really quality food made for an enjoyable lunch. We highly...
Read moreThis was our first time trying Brass Social and will definitely not be our last. We were recommended it from an employee at Next Level Range and were not disappointed. We went pretty late for us at 8 PM, and the restaurant had 4 other tables filled, not counting the bar. I was worried about them being too busy on a Saturday night, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. We ended up ordering the Hermano Americano and The Ranch-Hand. I got fries with mine and my burger, and he got the lemon pepper broccoli with his. The Ranch-Hand had a nice balance of sweet and savory with juicy patties and crisp onion rings. My Hermano Americano had fresh toppings along with their Venezuelan parsley aioli sauce. I was nervous about the aioli, but the waitress assured me the sauce was not heavily herbal. It was SO good and pulled the rest of the burger together into a perfectly cohesive sandwich. I do want to try other dishes, but I could eat that burger every time I go. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try something different from a basic burger joint. We can't...
