I never thought that I would ever give Chick-fil-A anything other than 5 stars...unfortunately this is justified for multiple reasons. First, we pull up in the drive thru and a young lady starts to take our order. The first thing I say is a Cobb salad. Mid sentence, before I could even finish, she interrupted and asked what dressing I wanted. If she had waited a nano second and allowed me to finish my sentence she would have known. Next issue is I stated that I wanted a 12 piece grilled chicken nugget, and once again, before I could say only nuggets, she talked quickly overtop of me and said a meal or just chicken? She was so impatient! Then when she gave me the total, as usual, I stuck my hand out of the car window to tap her hand held device. She perked my card from my hand and tapped it herself instead of allowing me to do it which has ALWAYS been customary. When she handed my card back, I said thank you. Usually they say "my pleasure". She said absolutely nothing! Not even a you're welcome. She simply walked off and at the time there wasn't another customer in line behind me. Then when we pull around, there are 3 cars in line in front of me and 4 cars in the app order line. No one was moving. Finally after a few minutes, 3, yes 3 cars pulled forward to continue to wait. While still waiting with only one car in front of me, with 3 cars pulled ahead still waiting, someone brought our order out to us. Unfortunately, the car in front of us refused to pull forward and made us sit because their order still wasn't ready. After waiting several more minutes they finally got their order and we left. If all that wasn't bad enough, we get home and our chicken sandwiches were sloppily put together with half the chicken not even on the bun. I'm guessing they were so rushed they couldn't do the job correctly. I have never been disappointed with CFA ever, until this time. Everyone needs a lot more training in taking orders pleasantly with a smile, not talking over customers and snatching credit cards from their hand, and something needs to be done about the absolutely backed up service we ALL had...
Read moreAfter a long day of being on the road, my fiancé went through the drive thru and ordered three meals to bring home. He got home and noticed there were no fries at all in the bag. However, there was ketchup and cheese to go with the fries. He called and asked to speak to the manager. The young lady who answered the phone informed him she was the manager. He let her know we did not receive any of the fries with our order. The manager informed him that she would have the fries ready if he wanted to drive back there to pick them up. He then asked her if she was willing to replace the other items so all of our food would be warm instead of driving there to pick up fries and drive back home to eat cold chicken with warm fries. She told him she could not do that because "their policy is to only replace food they messed up or didn't put in the bag." She told him she could take his information and turn it in to a different person for them to process a refund for the fries. He wasn't going to drive back for fries, so he agreed. She asked for his name and address. That was the only information she had taken. I am unsure how they'll be able to refund him with only that information. She didn't even ask for his phone number, order number, or what we ordered. So what we took from this is they would rather lose customers for their mistake instead of making it right and just remaking the three items in the order. We would have gladly given them the cold chicken back when we went to pick up the fries had they...

2/05/25 Tonight we brought 16 residents of Swan Pointe's HOA for dinner. It was really great for all of us being able to sit together and enjoy such good comfort food. My husband ordered our food and it didn't take long til the food was brought to us. Chic-fil-A’s method of marking the order with a certain item and color of the marker sure makes it easy for them to find who the food belongs to. Our meal was so good, I had Chicken Nuggets and Fruit. (I love the Polynesian Sauce.) My husband had the Grilled Nuggets and Chicken Noodle Soup. Looking at what other friends ordered really looked good, especially the Market Salad with Apples, Strawberries, Blueberries, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Harvest Nut Granola, Roasted Almonds and Zesty Apple Vinaigerette. The staff was great! They were so patient with us. If we forgot to order something, Isaac kept popping up to see if we needed anything else, and he took care of everything. He took care of refills and then when Ashley Stopher , the Hospitality Manager came out to the table to thank us for coming, she brought some "Be our guest" cards courtesy of: Matt Briggs, the Owner of the Middletown and in Blankenbaker Stores. This kept Ashley and Issac busy for a bit running back and forth getting some of the residents dessert. All 16 of us really had a great time and all of us will be back at some time to eat...
