Read moreExtremely rude employees!!! If this is the Burger King on Chamberlain and Westport Rd. I asked the older white lady that was working the drive thru, if I could place my order at the door, since the lobby was closed and I was driving my company work 650 Chevy truck. The lady agreed to it, but obviously did not make it known to her co-workers that I was standing at the door, waiting to have my order taken. Her co-workers seen me but never acknowledged me nor came to the door to at least see what I needed. I really had a taste for Burger King and got disappointed when I was basically refused service, because those employees were too nasty and rude to come to the door to see what I wanted. I got my Burger King on Hurstbourne Parkway, net to Culver's, and the lady working the drive thru, was very friendly and also the lady that was leaving work, was friendly and helpful. The lady leaving work, offered to go back inside to let them know that I was in my work truck, so I could get my order taken, but I said that I would try to go through the drive thru since they was super short of help. Burger King on Chamberlain and Westport Rd, could learn a lot from the employees at the Burger King on Hurstbourne Parkway. They were just down right rude and I will never go to that Burger King again. Zero stars for them and 5stars for...

Burger King is Burger King and usually you know what you want when you walk in the door. For me it's a WhopperÂź with cheese, cut in half. I opted for onion rings instead of fries on this visit (I've never been a fan of BK's fries), and the biggest tankard of CokeÂź I could get my hands on.
The restaurant was empty when we entered so we went directly to the counter to order. The gentleman behind the counter took our and got us our drink cups and we were on our way.
That tankard of ice-cold CokeÂź was exactly what I needed while I waited for my food...which wasn't long at all. "Wasn't long" as in about 7 minutes.
My WhopperÂź was hot and cut in half (they're just easier to eat that way), as I ordered. A bit heavy on the mayo, but not really complaint worthy. The "onion rings" (which they really aren't) we hot and I love the hot dipping sauce.
We hadn't been to this location for a few years and this visit was great. The remodel looks fantastic and the place was...
