The Hurstborne location needs some serious customer service training! Employee was more interested in watching a tv show than trying to help us at all. We mentioned a brand we were having trouble finding contact info for before the 90 day warranty was up (piece stopped charging after a week and this is the first day we’ve had off together since buying it a month ago) and he told us we must be talking about another brand. Ummm, no—the brand he was trying to throw under the bus is one we love and who actually stands behind their products. Dude told us “You should just cut your losses since it’s been a month” and laughed over $150 without even pretending or offering to look for any contact info—said they got their merch from a warehouse that supplied 500 smoke shops in Louisville.
