And when my father went back in while I was eating (to order additional fries to take home, before I could tell him how bad they were), when it was his turn to order, the attendant looked right at him, then turned and walked away, to wait on the people at the other end of the counter; at a different register. And he was there before the other people! Proper line etiquette is they should have stood behind my father. When my dad asked why he did this, the clerk just dismissed him.
So in summary, we won't be back.
Great place to get high quality, reasonably priced food. Very family friendly atmosphere; staff are courteous, and they will even bring your order to you (if you get distracted like I do, perusing all the menu choices and ice cream pints for sale.) The menu board is easy to read, and Culver's has on offer a wide variety of dishes from burgers, to chicken sandwiches, combo meals, fish dinners, and their legendary ice cream. (Just to name a few.) I highly recommend to all. Only complaint is I wish there were several more locations in the Louisville area. Try it, and...
Read moreCulver's is one of those restaurants that's pretty consistent and reliable everywhere you go. The menu is enormous and the staff is usually friendly and helpful.
On a recent Friday evening we decided to visit this location. We've been here quite a few times and the food and the service were always reliable. However, we'd never been there for a Friday dinner.
WHEW...this place is a challenge on Friday. The service was great (if a bit hectic) and the food, as always, was accurate and it was definitely hot-food-hot. Culver's Fish and Chips is some of the best. No complaints there.
The challenge? That Parking Lot!
Holy Cow that parking lot is an unadulterated mess. Literally 8 feet after you turn off the road you're intercepting the drive-thru line and if the people in the drive-thru line are paying attention they won't block the entrance to the parking lot.
And then. AND THEN you have to drive through and around the parking lot to get to the drive-thru line. The issue there is the the drive-thru line often backs up and winds around where the people park who are dining in. When the line gets that long the cars in the drive-thru are actually blocking in the cars that are parked, making it nearly impossible for people go get out. Hopefully in that case the people in the drive-thru are mindful enough to leave room for people to exit.
To make The Parking Lot at Culver's fiasco worse, this parking lot has exactly ONE way in and ONE way out...and they are one and the same. One entrance to get logjammed during higher traffic times. It doesn't connect to any other business. It doesn't connect to any other road. It's like building a huge shopping mall with only one entrance.
Parking Lot rant aside, we really like this location. Never had a problem with the food or the service, and it's also got some great outdoor seating and the landscaping is green and well kept.

Read moreI recently had the unfortunate opportunity to experience service and must say that it was a complete disappointment. From start to finish, the entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. I reached out for assistance with a simple inquiry, but it took hours to get a response, and even then, it was vague and unhelpful. It's as if they couldn't be bothered to address my concerns properly.
Secondly, the product itself was far from what was advertised. The promotional materials promised top-notch quality, but what I received was a poorly constructed, cheap imitation. It felt like a complete waste of my hard-earned money.
Moreover, the shipping and delivery process was a nightmare. Not only did it take much longer than expected, but the package arrived in terrible condition, with items missing and others damaged. It was evident that they didn't take any care in ensuring a safe and timely delivery.
Additionally, the company's return policy is borderline fraudulent. Despite their website stating "hassle-free returns," I faced nothing but obstacles trying to return the faulty product. They kept redirecting me to different departments, and the refund process felt like it would never end.
Finally, the overall lack of accountability and transparency from the company was appalling. They didn't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction and only cared about making a quick buck.
In conclusion, I highly advise against dealing with this company and its products/services. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reputable and...
