Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Louisville

I ordered a LARGE DIPPED STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE because I was craving it and I was sick and needed a pick-me-up. I was so excited and was looking forward to my blizzard. It started out not good. I didn’t see some chocolate like I’m used to with the other stores. I said it might be just underneath or something, and the cheesecake and strawberry are so minimal, maybe 5 strawberries in total on that thing. And not even halfway through my cup, I got nothing. The more I dig the more plain it got, and I just got a vanilla soft serve. I don't understand why you all premake your food why is it so hard to make food to order so tired of over priced food and poor quality food when your food is ice cold when the hand it to you our the window every time. I really wish they would open a different fast food restaurant in Fairdale so we don't have to settle for pro quality food mangers in this location should be embarrassed by the food the allow to leave that restaurant....

Doing a great job team Dairy Queen in Fairdale. I usually come in for breakfast but we come through for dinner tonight, and though we waited like 10 minutes from start to finish it was worth it as everything was hot and fresh when we arrived home.
