Fiesta Mexicana — Restaurant in Louisville

We eat here all the time and normally have a great experience. We did a carry out order and used the online menu as always for reference. We ordered a cheese dip, flautas & enchiladas verde. We don’t live to far so it’s convenient to do carry out. We normally order the same thing every time and today we decided to change it up. The first red flag was the math on the order. According to the online menu it should have been right under 30 dollars. Once he told me the total 30 dollars and change I happen to have a 5 off 30 coupon. All the sudden the price changed to 41 dollars and charged me 36 and change. I questioned this and was told the prices are different than what is online.. I shrugged it off because we come there so many times. When I got home our food was completely wrong. I called and without an apology he said I can bring it back and they can look at it. I brought it back and he confirmed clearly wrong. No apologies or any type of offering. Disappointed in the way they handled this. Felt this was poor business and lack of management skill. Terrible experience; Went and got dinner, chicken and a steak fajita for two people. In the hour we were there, we had 4 different servers, none of which were able to talk to us or hold even a conversation at all and were short and rude. We were nickeled and dimed for every item we ordered. The fajita's come with three tortilla wraps which is not nearly enough for the food you get, the menu does not mention charging extra for more wraps. We were charged quite a bit for three extra tortilla's per pack, and we had asked for two extra packages without anyone mentioning their was a extra charge for this as well as being charged 2 dollars for a small extra sauce, which again was not mentioned. This restaurant used to be a favorite spot of mine, but since they updated their menu, they appear to have lost their manners and customer service as well. A friend and I attempted to eat here today. I ordered the burrito bravo with chicken she ordered a steak burrito. The steak had a terrible taste both of us spit it out immediately. It tasted old and mildewy. It didn't seem fresh at all. She told the waiter to take it back because she didn't want it. I had not yet started eating mine to try if it was bad. After we both tasted mine we found that the chicken was also not fresh. Took several minutes for him to come back and check on us. He came back and I requested the check after not eating anything on my plate. He waved her meal and only charged her for her drink. But then he gave me my check with the meal and drink on there. I told him to take the meal off a since I did not eat it. He said I ate half the meal so I pay for the food. I told him I had no problem paying for the drink, chips and salsa.
