I just had the worst experience at this Aldi location that I’ve ever had before. Being from North Carolina, and being a consistent customer at Aldi has changed after my last experience at this location on Bardstown Road first and foremost I was very interested in working at this location where they offer people to come in for interviews. There was no communication in regards to, an amount of people that you were allowed to interview. I don’t understand why you would not communicate that in advance to people coming into interview that you will only take up to a certain amount of people . what was the purpose of inviting more people to come an interview than you could accept once arriving for my interview the staff there was extremely rude and nasty. I would never want to work at this location nor ever shop with this Aldi again I really hope that you guys take time to consider that people drive and sacrifice to come interview and possibly work for you guys and for you guys to have horrible communication like you do is very...
Read moreI've shopped at Aldi's for over 10 years. I remember when they only took cash and the cashier had to remember the price of every item. So glad they changed and started taking credit and debit cards and scanning goods. Because I didn't always have cash on me and I had to trust the cashier that she actually remembered the price... Once you get the cart then when you return it to the rack -- insert the key and your quarter will pop out. So you don't lose anything. (Hope that...
Read moreI suffer from PTSD, and I've gradually, through lots of therapy, allowed myself to go to smaller stores . My experience yesterday at Aldi was one of panic and fear. The AP guy constantly followed me around the store everywhere, finally as I was carrying my groceries to checkout, we passed again, I told him politely I wasn't going to steal anything. While I was checking out he came closer to me and began to video me for some strange reason. So I know he has a job to do, but the video is Harassment, I began to feel threatened. This type of behavior shouldn't be ignored. They have completely ignored my feedback, closed the case, told me they were contacting the DM and have done nothing! Not an apology by the DM for the experience, nothing! They really don’t care about the customer experience or harassing customers in the name of loss prevention. Terrible company and...
