Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

The manager at this location is horrible! People were waiting close to an hour for their food! The manager's name is Dee and he became frustrated because a lady wanted fresh puffs that had been sitting out for quite some time on the counter and she wanted fresh ones with her pizza! The manager began to curse out everybody in the store stating that he was going to make us wait on purpose and if we don't like it we can go somewhere else! He was very unprofessional and was speaking a bunch of foul words! I asked for my money back and he and I had a few choice words going back and forth. He said he wished his sister was close by then ran to his phone saying "this is my sister now" and he asked her was she close by to come up there to approach me! I am a very loyal customer and the way he treated everyone tonight was out of line! They had so many pizza's just sitting out none of them were in the hot boxes and he did not care! I li ve in between two Little Caesars and I always chose to go to his store to support them but I will never spend my money there again! I politely got in my truck and drove 9 minutes away to the one on Taylorsville Rd where I ordered my pizza and was out within 8 minutes! The behavior that that manager displayed needs to...

We were out shopping when we decided to place a mobile order to pick up. We ordered a pepperoni and a side of breadsticks and wings.

Apparently it's very standard for Little Caesars to NOT giving marinara sauce. We got our food out of the self-service machine, which was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, and two of the doors didn't open for the two people in front of us like they were supposed to (ours did), and when I checked the bag, there was no marinara.

We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge us. When the lady handling the drivethru noticed, she asked if she could help us. I asked for marinara for the breadsticks. She just hands me a cup from behind a stand on the counter that says "DON'T FORGE THE SIDES", and walks away. Maybe you guys need to turn that sauce stand around and remind yourselves not to forget sauce.

Nobody should HAVE to ask for sauce if it's supposed to come with sauce. It's literally on the receipt for a penny to add sauce for the breadstick, showing we should have it. JUST GIVE THE SAUCE. IT ISN'T THAT...

Here's the deal guys if somebody is even relatively nice to me at places that I go lately I feel the need to commend them because you don't get it anywhere anymore you just don't and James who was at Little Caesars last night who was super nice to me and went out of his way for me I totally appreciate him it makes the atmosphere outstanding it makes Little Caesars outstanding in my book the two other employees that were there I do not know their names and I'm sorry for that but they were just as equally kind it matters when you're nice people I'm telling you it just matters you'll get a five-star rating from me every time just be nice anyway I love that place and I will always frequent it because of that and thank you to James and those two employees that were there late last night last night being Saturday night you will get my business from here out that's just the way it is whether or not it's the best part Pizza in town or...
