Ming Muggin' Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Louisville

If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

I’ve been doing low carb, no sugar and have had the most terrible cravings for sugar. One of my greatest cravings was for an iced Emmy Lou from Ming Muggin’ Coffee Co. I went by this morning and asked if she could make me a low carb, sugar free Emmy Lou. I know I sounded so desperate. 🥴 She never hesitated. She said “I sure can!” So, of course, I ordered the LARGE!

Thus little coffee shop is an asset to our community! And the Bible verse (one of my favorite parts of going there) is exactly what I needed today.

1 John 4:4 (CSV) “You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.”

He that is in me is MUCH greater than who is in the world! What an encouragement!! At the end of the day, if He is pleased with me WHO can fight me that we cannot win?

We stopped in Louisville for the night and grabbed our morning coffee at Ming Muggin’ before continuing on to Starkville for my graduation on the 15th. The young lady working that morning was an absolute joy - so friendly and helpful with suggestions. The drinks were delicious, and I especially loved the thoughtful touch of a Bible verse scribbled on the side of our cups. It truly made my morning feel extra special. After my non-coffee-drinking friend I'm in town visiting pulled us away from the drive thru for the 2nd day in a row, he asked, "So how is your macchiato, Mister Picky Pants???"

Me: Better than I can make at home and better than Dunkin if I'm out of town. I wish I knew her secret cuz she's got me beat.

Him: You have to go put that on their Google.
