Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

Unfortunately this was the first time ordering from here and was not satisfied with our order. I ordered 8 piece wings two large pizza, bread sticks, pop, and a salad. The wings looked like it was scraps from the bottom of a bag. They forgot my salad. We were called from the shop at 714pm and told our food was on the way but it did not show up till after 8pm. Unfortunately do to that the food was not hot. I understand staffing issues but when told your food is on the way and you don't get it until 45mins later that is just bad business. Also the manager told me when I called in that they have had quality issue with the wings if this is a known issue then they should make sure wings should not be sold..... I do appreciate the managers help on getting the missing salad out to me, and she was very nice.... once again little disappointment in the over...

My daughter worked there. I’d recommend DO NOT pay cash. Tonight she turned in her bank. The manager laid the cash down. Someone picked it up. And now they want my daughter to give them $80 out of her pocket. Lol. I’m a restaurant manager. If a server gives me her cash and I lose it. That’s my responsibility. Sounds like they need cameras and serious supervision. My daughter doesn’t have to work,so money isn’t a struggle for her. Ordered an Italian sub it came smothered in ranch dressing and ordered cheesey bacon joes minus bacon. Came with bacon. Called at 7:05 Was told the replacement would be delivered in 15 minutes 30+ minutes later I called at 7:39 and they said 15 minutes longer said they would comp the 2 incorrect items. 20 + mins later still no food 😕. Will not be ordering or recommending them to fam and friends. Sad. Was expecting better service... Food finally arrived at 8:06 but sub was cold and joes (potatoes) not...
