First of all, the help at this location NEEDS help. I went into the store next door & decided to get a&sub. I wanted a steak with provolone on Italian bread. There were DEAD flies in the steak & the girl with the silver booger was going to scoop around the fly saying it wasn't contaminated!!! I was alone wanted to add pepperoni which only had about seven pepperoni in the container but it had TWO dead flies as well! This place is disgusting & needs to be shut down. Immediately! As soon as that fly died it began decomposing. Do you know how SICK that will make a person??? Also, they always say they're out of everything which I wish they were because I wonder how many people have eaten dead flies or meats with dead flies? I will NEVER go to this location or the other location on New Hope Rd. near Beaty Rd as they are owned by the same man, Allen FULGHAM I think. The reason I am giving 2 stars is they have to deal with the owner not stepping in to properly supply their store . For example .. the drink machine has been down for close to a YEAR I'm a local business owner and drop in occasionally to get a healthier lunch. Every time every single time I'm in there they are usually out of something and the drink machine has never been fixed. . Last week it was "to go" boxes for mini pizzas for my sons and I had to ask the associate to place it in A salad š„ tray. The employees are amazing and doing the best they can. The owner is rarely ever there and doesn't care to take initiative to fix reoccurring issues OR make sure his store has what it needs . Many customers get annoyed and take it out on his staff and they are literally doing the best that they can with minimal resources. I always do my order through the mobile app. it says my order was ready at 7:20PM. I ordered two footlongs and a kids meal. I arrived at the store at 7:25PM. My order was not ready until 7:40PM, which is fine they were busy. What was my breaking point was the bread for my childās meal was not correct, I was told they didnāt have time to make the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, they didnāt have any apple sauce that comes with the kids meal and the only option for a childās drink for the kids meal was milk! The drink machine has been broken for at least 6 months. Something needs to be done! You canāt expect people to still pay full price for items you donāt have or canāt accommodate for.
