I've never been to this Dairy Queen. I went because of convenience. I usually frequent the one on Freeport Rd. But anyway..DQ is DQ right? Well for beginners the wait was extremely long. Once I ordered my food via the drive thru.... and made it around the bend. I noticed only two cars ahead of me. So naturally I'm wondering why the wait? Once I finally make it to the window... being observant...I noticed that there was a couple in DQ waiting for their order and what looked like at least three employees working. The young lady asked another employee about my order in which she pointed behind her where there looked to be racks with food on them. Yet I waited another 5 minutes to get drinks and food that was already ready? I mean I sat there looking at my food. And watched her grab my food and place it in a bag to give to me. I'm asking myself... why is it taking so long. I know we live in a... I have to have it now society. But...OMG... they took there good old time. Now with all that being said...DQ is DQ. The food was no longer hot. But the food was good. And for that alone they get atleast three stars. I just know to go to another...
Read moreI ordered 2 chili dogs. Wasn't in my bag but was charged for it! Called, and they put me on a list for next time to pick up. However, the manager said the list only had 1 dog and not 2 so she would have to go by the list. However, my name wasn't even spelled right. They had Ida and not Eva, not to mention that the last name was spelled wrong also! If they go by the list then I shouldn't have even gotten 1 dog because that's not ME! So, I swore, not at the manager but at the whole situation! She of course says it was towards her. She has no idea of what my intentions were towards. For a lousey dog, this is the bullcrap they put u through as if they would go broke giving it to you. Someone makes a big royal mistake, they take u for your word that your that person, even though your not Ida, but won't take your word that it was 2 that you got charged for! That manager is so screwed up. I wish I would have gotten her name to write to the headquarters and complain about her ineptness!!! AND THEIR DAMN LIST...
Read moreI went there tonight and I hope the owners read this. Your employees have no customer service. I told the woman three times what I wanted. Got to the pick up window and it wasn’t there. Then I said you missed my bowl of ice cream. She hands me a cone smashed into a bowl. I said this is not what I ordered then the shift supervisor start to correct me on how I should order next time. I said I own a restaurant and I can not believe you think you can correct a customer. I will never go back. I will spend my money elsewhere. In this economy we should get what we are spending our money on. I got the wrong order of food and no ice cream then when she did gave me my ice cream smashed it in a bowl w cone and no spoon. It may sound petty but your staff supervisor was in the wrong for correcting me on how to order next time. There will never be a next time.
