I had never ordered from them before but someone said they were open on the 4th of July so I called not knowing the menu and asked questions about the stromboli. The guy hung up on me. My boyfriend called back and was also hung up. Finally after the 3rd call.... The man who answered the phone was very ignorant to me and said that I should know what I wanted before I called in. I asked for a manager and he then proceeded to tell me that "they weren't really open and that he had just stopped in". He proceeded to scream at me on the phine so loud that the friends I was with heard him. So today the 5th of July I called to speak with the manager. He pretended to be the manager and said what can I get you....I said the manager knowing it was the same person he said I am right now and then whispered into the phone "the manager". Poor service for a new customer that could have potentially been a returning customer. So I hope that the "real manager" reads this review and eliminates this negativity from his business.. I did not order yesterday and I will never call to...
Read moreIf you're going to do GrubHub and not allow other drivers to pick up the order, at least make it somewhat timely. We're not in your delivery zone, so we use the app. It's ridiculous to wait an hour and a half because you clearly have one or two drivers, and you don't prioritize GrubHub orders....despite the fact that the customer pays more for GrubHub than a regular delivery fee. In 2013, having Grubhub set up to be faxed to you and delivered by your own drivers was the only way you could be listed. In 2023, there are ample food delivery drivers working on behalf of these companies. And it just comes across as Riviera skimming work from people who are actually affiliated with GrubHub or Doordash, taking away from the little guy so you can make a few extra bucks on your pizza pie.
Also, the ranch dressing us a dairy product. It does not go on the hot pizza. It is not a pizza table for holding up the box. This was not very cash money of you. Won't he ordering again. GO TO GUS FRANCOS...
Read moreFood is good. I have come to the conclusion there is no such thing as a food business who can do their job correctly or have decent customer service. They called me 5 minutes before my food was supposed to be delivered and said they were out of an item we had ordered. So I told them it is supposed to be here by now and they said no you just ordered 20 minutes ago. I pulled up the email order confirmation and it was supposed to be delivered when they called. I gave them a substitution item and said well my food is supposed to be here by now, how about ten percent off or the appetizer for free. The man on the phone simply said "no I cant do that." I asked how long its going to take now and he replied 45 minuteds. So my order I placed at 5:20 I don't get until 6.50. How can they expect you to pay full price for an item or service that is not as described? So this is just another place of many I will never be returning to. ITS NOT THAT HARD, SATISFY...
