Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Pottsgrove Township

Please don't come here, I promise you it's not worth it whatsoever. We ordered online and for some unknown reasoning, it keeps sending the delivery man to our old address, even though we called multiple times about this. When the food finally got here, it took them AN HOUR AND A HALF....I-. The store location is literally 8 minutes from us. They had to cancel our order and reorder, at least they didn't forget to give us our money back...the guy on the phone didn't even seem to care. When we told the man on the phone that our food hasn't been delivered to us even though on the online dominos app it said it was delivered, he told us...after an hour of waiting..."to just wait a little more"...sigh...so we waited another 30 minutes just to get cold food. Please don't order for delivery, best bet is to order to pickup. Ordered here 3 times and they continue to fail every time. Food is okay, I normally order pepperoni pizza, wings and those cinnamon pretzels...pretty good but they seriously need to hire better, organized and more motivated people. 1/5...Please get better.

Update: I came to realize since they dropped my pizza off at a different house, the pizza man went back to the location where the food was dropped off and got our food that was most likely sitting out in the cold (It was 15 degrees) and dropped it off at our house. The food came cold, of course, thank the Walmart gods I had a microwave to warm up my food. I should have read the reviews first, I was so happy to see a dominos nearby but sadly they...

Placed my order @9:48pm today (July 18th) this is my second time ordering here today and I got the worst service ever, on my first order (order#7) it didn’t have all the topping that comes with that veggie pizza.. so I said what the hell I’ll go back once night crew starts thinking I’ll get better results well the devil is a lair my second order (order#99) the caucasian guy at the front counter attitude freaking sucks all I asked for was the red pepper seeds and he demands I pay 90 cents per packet when you order them through the app it’s only 10 cents per packets when I explained this to him he stated well that’s the price which is mighty high considering the price usually be cheaper in store for seasoning packets.. he said his name is Bryan.. Bryan needs to know if he doesn’t like his job he needs to get a new one! Your customer service skills goes along way when you’re polite and respectful.. he needs to learn how to speak to people… now being a black man and getting disrespectful back he would have called the police and made me out to be the bad guy but I kindly left.. had me so upset that I didn’t want the food no more so I rode down high street and gave it out to random people.. moving forward I’ll be taken my service to 799 State Rd, I don’t mind driving an extra ten minutes for...

We ordered 5 pizzas for delivery. One of the pizzas was crushed, and the chicken was cold. Then the manager calls me after delivery and tells me, "the next time we place a large order we need to schedule it for a later time not asap, because they only have one cook. Also the next time I have a delivery to tip the driver". The manager immediately hangs up on me. I thought the tip was included on the online order, in addition I was putting the boxes in the house as the driver gave me them to me two at a time. When I turned around the driver was leaving. I always tip. And if the driver or manager would have talked to me in a reasonable manner I would have given them a tip. Lastly why do I have to schedule my order. The website should calculate all that and tell me when I will approximately get my food. Other take outs do this on there website This is the third time we have had a problem with this dominos. So we are never going to order from them again. Dominos is the worst and the manager is ignorant to customers. At one point the manager said it doest matter if no one orders pizzas from there.
