Won't go back. Came here 10yrs ago when they were new and it was the highlight of our trip. Came back excited to see how they've grown. We weren't greeted by anyone, had no idea of we should seat ourselves or what the new "flight log" was about. Finally went to the bar and ordered and sat in a room by ourselves. For someone who is not a beer drinker, I didn't know what to expect from this place. However, it was a wonderful tour by a wonderful tour guide named Paul. He was a wealth of information about beer and IPAs . He answered all of Jim's questions about the manufacturing process ( Jim is newly retired from J&J and misses the manufacturing aspect) and was so friendly while doing so.
