Milky Way Ice Cream & Mini Golf — Restaurant in Lower Township

We have loved the Milky Way for years. They serve the best hand dipped ice cream, Hood ice cream. However, this year the service has been less than stellar. I asked for a hand dipped chocolate and received soft serve which I understand mistakes, but the staff acted like it was my fault. A second time i went, again ordered a hand dipped chocolate and received a soft serve with sprinkles. Again, the staff acted as if it was my fault. No apology nothing. The third time I went to Milky Way, I received what I ordered but the staff handed it to me in a manner where I couldn’t see the one side of the cone. Once I started to eat the ice cream, I realized half the cone was broken, and there would be no way to eat the cone without losing the whole cone. So I returned the cone for a new one. Again, I received poor service from the staff. No apologies and they acted as if it was my fault. This is so disappointing because the previous owners who sold last year...

This place is so cute. The parking lot is very small and kind of difficult to get in to, but don't let it stop you. Went for mini golf, played 2 holes and it started to thunder and lightning. Asked the girl for a refund she said nope asked for a voucher she said nope. She was extremely rude and snarky.
