The service here has really taken a nose dive since they opened. Two times in a row now they have lost my order and I’ve had to wait ridiculous amount of time to get it.
Edit: To be clear, it's not just about "waiting for your order". I waited -half an hour- the first time AFTER checking in with an employee, and my meal had just been sitting in the wrong area under the heat lamps. I asked the employee who brought it if it had just been sitting and he said "it was under the heater" like that's not an affirmative answer to my question and that I should be 100% fine with that.
Additionally, when it happened the second time, I sat and waited for ice cream for 15 minutes before I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone told me my order was coming without actually knowing who I was or what I ordered. When I received the order, I asked the two (why two people?) who brought it to me if had just been sitting or if it was freshly made and they couldn't answer so they sent someone else out. That person also couldn't answer and wanted to go back inside to find out. Shockingly, it had obviously just been sitting there for quite some time.
I already submitted this complaint as the owner has suggested here. Hopefully -this time- they will actually email me instead of calling as I've indicated is my preference.

Edit 3: I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. They forgot part of my order, brought it out incorrect, and then took forever to bring back the correct replacement this time.
And I still have not once received an actual email as I’ve requested from customer support .
Edit 4: well, here I am again. After my last update, the owner did in fact email me, so kudos for that I guess. By that time it had been so long since I had any of the issues I didn’t feel like going through credit card statements and what not to try to get specific info for any kind of reconciliation, but things have not improved at the restaurant. I tried ordering that new pub burger (two, one for me and one for another person) and mine came without the crispy onions. I emailed the owner directly and got no response. It is good that our youth are out in the work force but it doesn't show well to the customer to see your employees looking like they need someone besides the customer, to remind them that they should be more organized and attentive. Ordering our food went well. The young lady was very nice and pleasant and helpful. We were not as familiar with this menu and she took her time with us to take our order. Food came to our table relatively quickly. The dining room was clean and so were the tables. We enjoyed our burgers . Time came and we were ready to leave. I decided I wanted custard. This experience is what caused a low rating. Hey Culver's please remind your employees that customers are NOT mind readers. Before someone finally came to the counter and took my order , As I stood there at counter , a young lady was at one of the cash registers. She was about her job and so ignored me . When I asked her if she was going to take my order, it was then she told me that she was entering a big order. My mind reading skills are non existent. That young lady left me standing there and didn't even get one of her coworkers to take my order. There were enough of them standing around laughing and "shooting the breeze.". Finally a young lady took my two scoop custard order. I stood there so long waiting for my custar, about 16 minutes! By the time they realized I was still there- I had begun tapping the counter with one of those number markers you put on the table. If I hadn't done that, I well could have still been there!
