Over the last year this Bojangles in Lugoff, SC has become a literal disappointment. The lobby has basically been closed for inside dining for like a year forcing everyone to go through the drive-thru In which you have to wait and wait and wait. I used to be at Bojangles every weekday morning at 5 AM to get my daily steak egg biscuit combo. However I rarely go to Bojangles anymore because over the last month or more they rarely have steak biscuits and when they do it's not the same quality as it used to be and the food just don't taste as good as it once did. Twice in the last two weeks I have ordered a steak egg biscuit combo at the drive-thru (since you can't go in the lobby) and when I got to my destination there was not an egg on the biscuit. Additionally twice In the last few weeks I have ordered a chicken dinner and when I got home there was no biscuit in the box with the chicken. There is an older lady that has been working that drive-thru for years (I think her name is Sheila) and quite honestly she's the only employee that is always friendly, courteous, and professional. There are some that work that drive-thru that never say thank you and are not friendly when you pick up your food. There are some that work at that drive-thru that constantly get the order wrong. I ask for a iced tea and they try to give me a mountain dew. Once I asked for a steak egg biscuit and they gave me a Cajun fillet biscuit. It's like some of them just don't listen when you place the order. I used to be there Monday through Friday every week and my order was $5.50 for steak egg biscuit combo, bo rounds and a regular iced tea which is like $160 a month. It's sad that this Bojangles which I used to consider an awesome fast food place has given up on great customer service...
Read moreWe are 70 and Love going to Bojangle's on Wednesday nights for the senior meal. On March the 6th we went to the one in Lugoff and they charged us $6.48 for two meals( we noticed someone else was charged a different price); we went on13th and was charged $8.64 for 2 meals. Tonight the 20th we ordered the same two senior night meals and they said it would be $9 something, when we tried telling them that they are going up each week, as we saw where they rung up 2 snack meals then 2 VIP drinks, they said that that is the only way they have of ringing it up .. Undoubtedly some one needs some training on how to ring up the senior meals since the price comes up different each week . It's not that we mind paying but they change the amount we pay each week. There was another customer in there that said the same thing has been happening to her and she didn't know what we were suppose to be paying and was also confused by the drink charge. We went else where just because of not understanding why in 3 weeks price was different each time. Had already had another couple tell us that the price had gone up this week. I have called and got the prices from some other Bojangle's $3.99 per senior meal x 2 = $7.98+ $0.66 for tax comes to $8.64 . I would like to know what we should be charged for 2 senior meals and not just be told this is the only way we can ring it up . I don't want to be an argumentative customer but also don't want the price to keep changing each week because of whom is ringing it up. That is why I am giving...
Read moreI was in there last night and when I say the shift manager was rude, that is an understatement. I went in with a friend and I ordered the chicken sandwich. I finally received my food and it was wrong. Which is fine because things happen. I was told to go sit down and it would be brought to me. While I was waiting a man who was behind me was asking for his money back because he saw the workers touching food with their hands. In particular the lady that was fixing mine, wiped her hands on her pants and then proceeded to fix my food. Thank god that man was there because I would have never known. He asked for his money back and told me. He was completely nice. He wasn’t trying to cause a scene. Not only did he get his money back, another man did as well because of this issue. At this point I just want my money and to leave because I noticed the manager getting very rude. I go up and ask for my money and she is complaining and slams my money on the counter. At this point I am highly upset. You do not act like that in any type of customer service. I rarely complain about anything so for me to want my money back was a serious deal. I asked for her name because she walked away and she comes back, screams in my face her name. The cashier was so embarrassed and kept apologizing. My friend didn’t even want to ask for her money back because of that lady. Needless to say I won’t be back. Beware of this place. The owner has already been called. That shift manager...
