The young guy with the red hair needs to be retrained when it comes to making sub sandwiches and to know what light on the oil or salt means. Light means little of the substance or content. He does the exact opposite and puts too much on it. How is he going to get mad at me for telling him, you put too much oil on my sandwich when I said light on the oil, very light. Then he proceeds with getting an attitude and then takes it out on my sandwich by getting aggressive with closing it and wrapping it together with aggression as if I don't read and can't read body language. Boy, you got to be kidding me. I was going to tell him to take that same subway sandwich and stick it up his a$$. But I was the bigger person this time and continued the transaction because that's what adults do. I could have been like some people, who will have you make it and then tell you that's alright, I don't want it because of your attitude and tone. Then walk away. But I didn't do that. The other older guy did not do anything this time but he needs to be retrained too because he is too slow and doesn't know what goes on the sandwiches half the time. This is terrible and poor workmanship. Poor performance for subway employees. I hope the managers and upper management reads this and do something about this because people are spending their money and getting poor performance like this is unacceptable. Please retrain and hire new staff that have a positive attitude, and know how to make sandwiches with speed and good customer service. If this continues I am going to reach out to corporate and their legal team because this is causing me emotional distress. I will be compensated for it and have corporate get involved because the last thing they would want to deal with is legal problems paying money back. I highly recommend that you make a positive change. Don't just hire people because you know their family or good friends with them. Hire those who have good work ethics and are good with people. Hiring people you know because you know them will cost you in the end and cost the...
Read moreWe go here often and its(was) my favorite subway in the area. Tonight's visit was an exception. There were 3 new people I had never seen there before. As I stepped up the guy behind the glass (we later found out his name was Jerry) just stared at me and didn't say a word. No greeting or what can I get you just a very awkward uncomfortable stare. As me and my family ordered he was very annoyed with each selection we made. My husband asked me what cheese my son usually gets and I told him it varies and rude Jerry just threw his hands up in the air and rolled his eyes before I could even finish my sentence. He also kept smashing down the bread over and over again when putting the meat and cheese on and even after he just kept smashing it down. I also witnessed him removing slices of meat off of the sandwich of the gentleman ahead of us because he wasn't telling him what kind of cheese he wanted fast enough as he had his head turned toward his friend and wasn't watching. Then the young lady at the register kept rushing me to pay even though we hadn't finished our order. She tried to make me pay for the 2 sandwiches being made before we had a chance to say what else we wanted. Then she asked me what we were planning on ordering so she could ring it up. I dont understand the impatience as it was not busy and there was no one waiting behind us to order. The other lady that was working, unfortunately I didn't get her name, was very nice and I wish it was just her working. The other two made me not want to go back there again. Subway needs to make their employees take a customer service course or something. You don't have to be everyone's best friend but you don't have to be a jerk either. It will be a while before I come back to this one as we have a few options to choose from. The regular workers were not there tonight they are...
Read moreHonestly I want to like this subway because it's open overnight which is cool, but the last few times I've gone in there to order a sandwich the girl that works night shift has been rude, unwelcoming, and overall unprofessional. The first time throughout my entire order I was faced with a horrible attitude and her rolling her eyes the entire time. It was an incredibly awkward situation. However I still went back and the very next time I walked in, to see the same girl and she comes around the corner and in the rudest way she can possibly say it she tells me she is on her break so it will be a while. I won't be back to this subway until they can hire a staff who can at least pretend that they want to be there. Customer service isn't fun but u do have to atleast provide customer service if that's your job. Poor staff, low standards for customer service, it's honestly not worth going in after work to have my day ruined by someone who hates their job so they take it out on everyone...
