Burger King — Restaurant in Lumberton

I try to be understanding to situations that happen but this location has messed up 2 deliveey orders within a weeks time. The first time they forgot to give me items on top of it taking about 30 mins longer than they said. The second time(tonight) they gave me a completely different sandwich from what I ordered. I don't understand whats going on. Now when I do drive thru its some what better as far as service and accuracy but delivery is down right pitiful. Food presentation would get a 3 out of 10. Very messy sandwiches that look like they were just thrown together then shaken up. The crew were fantastic, polite and speedy. Great job. The quality of the food is another story. I ordered a tender grill (Grilled Chicken Sandwich) I don't know what kind of processed monstrosity that was but right away it did not taste right. I took another bite and was getting some type of grisel or ribbing holding together the processed meat(?). This has to be the most unpleasant experience for fast food in Lumberton. I have been to the location 3 times within a week, each time was an awful unprofessional experience. It seems to be a specific manager that works at this location causing the major confict. If corporate cares about the companies future I would highly suggest firing the problem.
