Dippin’ Donuts — Restaurant in Lunenburg

Absolutely horrible. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. We got bacon egg and cheese and sausage egg and cheese on bagels. The bagels were not toasted. And when we ate the sandwiches there was a surprise crunchy factor! That would be eggshells throughout both our sandwiches. Disgusting.

Called the shop a couple different times and askdd for a manager and there was never a manager on duty, no one offered to take a message. I think the next call might be the...

This review is specific to todays order, generally we have a decent experience. My husband ordered a couple coffees and two sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago bagels. When he got home we discovered that we received two bacon, egg and cheese on Asiago bagels - Mind you one bagel was as stale as a rock. I tried to make light out of the situation and discovered that the stale bagel makes as a good frisbee. I’m sure the wild life in our woods...

The speaker box that you order at was broken. The car in front of me left without being served. I sat at the window staring in for about 5 minutes. There was a girl inside doing a lot of nothing, we made eye contact but she did not rush over to take my order. Eventually she made her way to the window to take my order.....
