Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lunenburg

I used to open this store. I miss all my morning regulars & am sorry the managers couldn’t handle fulfilling their job description by covering the shifts they don’t have staff for. I once thought those managers were my friends. I have come to learn they care about no one. They are nobody’s friend. Fake as they come is my experience. Shame on them, for what they did, not only to myself but others whom still work there. All I can say if you want a properly managed DD head to River St DD in Fitchburg. this store is in need of staff constantly and sometimes is drive thru only. having said that, a lot of places are in this situation. the workers they do have always treat me well and the manager even knows my order without even saying anything. fast food workers have been through a lot during the pandemic and I think if people were a little more patient and understanding they would realize you are all doing your best at Dunkin. I hope things change and return to somewhat normal. I worked for Dunkin for over a decade and dealt with a lot but no way would I be able to deal with today's rude and entitled...

First time coming to this Dunkins. We ordered breakfast. The food tasted old. Like something that sits in the freezer for too long and creates frost on it. It had that nasty taste of freezer. My coffee was trash didn’t taste like my normal coffee. Food was just trash. We all had diarrhea after eating it. Still experiencing diarrhea at the moment. I give this place a one star. We have NEVER have this problem with any other Dunkins around here. Will never return to this location… very disappointing. Waste of $30 dollars down the...
