Being a local resident of the luther area and an employee of the county health department I have stopped at this sonic several times since march.each time I stop by on different days while sitting in the stall I noticed employees inside the business vaping and eating in the front.the car hop that delivered the food smelled like she had been vaping or smoking pot.this is not acceptable.another problem was more than once I stopped by to get food on Friday and saturday.more than once it took 15 minutes or longer to even get an answer to order the another 15 to 20 minutes to get the food.the car hop more than once said there was only her doing everything up front plus carhop and one cook in the kitchen.when I asked why I was told that's how the general mgr schedules everyone cuz of labor pct.bad for customer service.my opnion is corporate sonic or inspire brands not the franchise owner needs to get involved.management needs to be corrected.i also think the health dept and labor dept should get involved.yes sonics do get busy on certain evenings but making customers wait with poor service and wait times plus no help working mgrs not caring abt customers or help is wrong.ive decided I wont stop here again til something is done overall starting with the owner and management to...
Read moreWow! Welcome to the worst run and most incompetent Sonic in the OKC Metro! I first ordered a $3.00 burger looked like it got smashed several times. Second order was via the Sonic app and when I arrived they didn't have it. Ok, no biggie right? WRONG! They refused to look at my confirmation on my phone that I did indeed order and pay and would not give me the food I paid for! I complained to the manager and by email he apparently got me confused with someone else and made outlandish claims that I had threatened him and his staff through email! Totally untrue and he has no documentation to the fact. Then he boasts to go ahead and report him. Well I did and since he made the claims he did I have reported this to my supervisor and this will now escalate. I'm back. The last time I was upset over a problem with my order. My wife, who is very wise, presented the most likely reason I got upset.
I had ordered a junior bacon cheese burrito along with other items on the menu. I didn't get the Jr. Bacon Burrito with my order when it came out. It was on the receipt but listed as a Jr. Burrito. I called the carhop and advised I didn't get the burrito. She thought we got the item but NOT with bacon because of the receipt.
We were talking about 2 different things at the same time. I got upset because I didn't get my full order. She thought we were upset because there was no bacon on Jr burrito.
I can see that happening. Once again proving that "Communication is 50% of the job......
