Lovely food, great service and a coziness which is usually missing from fine dining. We did a wine tasting menu here to celebrate my birthday. While i didn't get a birthday song, they created a whole cocktail matching for me on the request of getting something lighter than wine. I think they have a great potential in starting a cocktail tasting menu! Their seafood delicacies are very carefully selected and flavors blend really well. They are melt in the mouth kind. The chef comes to you to meet. I always find that very customer centric, like you care for who you are serving and also there is a direct feedback loop. Go there if you come to the upper valley, you will not be disappointed. They also have an inn next to it, which helps if you are far away and don't want to do cocktails ;) Ubers are non existing here!

There are no restaurants of this high caliber in the upper valley of NH/VT. Chef Martin's creations are a symphony to the palate. The service here is always great. This is the only restaurant in the area that makes everything from the small plates, to entree, to desert. Unique and delicious every step of the way.

This place had a good feel to it and Easy parking. The food was pretty good but not amazing. I would say the appetizers were good and my wife’s tuna was good. Although my steak was lacking some flavor but cooked properly. Overall it was ok. Just being honest. It is worth giving it a shot.

Wonderful setting in a traditional New England Inn just off the Lyme town green. Attentive and knowledgeable staff provide unobtrusive service. Food is creative and excellent. I highly recommend the escargot appetizer with mushroom tart. Nightly specials provide plenty of opportunities off the main menu. Presentation is artistic but not forced. Main entree's are cooked properly and seasoned appropriately, but some of the sides were uninspired. E.g. under cooked fingerling potatoes and an Asian slaw that appeared on too many dishes. Desserts are outstanding and made on premise. Wine list has good selections and moderately priced. Overall outstanding and is one of the top dining spots in the...

Fine dining is a stretch, but maybe the best option around. Would not be this highly rated in any other location. Adequate flavors and presentation considering where you are in NH. Very basic wine list - lots of supermarket labels. Service was super robotic and the staff seemed like it was the last place they wanted to be. Curt responses and no smiles at all. Tasting menu was a bit of a scam - nothing unique just repackaged menu items. Best thing all night was the chocolate macadamia tart. Their dessert person does know what...
