Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lynchburg

I called twice in one week and to my avail both times my order was incorrect the first time my order was 2 med pan pep and a chz I received 2 hand toss crust no one from store called and informed me or members of my family of the shortage in dough so I called back and a credit was apologies two free pizzas not my delivery fee of 4.99 that was paid or $6 dollar tip for incorrect order was refunded so I called today earlier and the credit was their delivery charges could not be credited I was asked if I wanted lite chz on my pizza 3 times when the special instructions I gave was lite sauce I was told I would be charged for the pepperoni on pizza I was told that it was up to store managers discrepancy to deliver for free or not he refused I called back 7:15 tonight placed that order for carry out picked it up got home with 2 pepperoni pizzas I felt as if it was an act of being coil and ignorant offended b/c of earlier interaction with management being rude I asked if the team members could read offended your staff wanted to argue I cut the conversation short by handing the phone to my wife b/c staff was not trying to LISTEN APOLOGIZE SATISFY OR EVEN THANK us for our weekly services due to autism instead they intentionally made a mistake on purpose to...

An absolute hit or miss with their toppings. They either have their priorities in check and dress the pizza correctly OR they throw the toppings on haphazardly (only on one side, not enough toppings, an additional topping that wasn’t ordered, or not even present) and call it a day. They say that they can only put 1.5oz of any topping on a pizza but will give you a cup filled with a generous serving of the “problem” topping (certainly more than 1.5oz).
