The food here is pretty good. (STEAK AND CHEESE, WINGS, AND SALADS). Starting out the customer service was excellent. Something has changed here recently. It's so bad that my girlfriend refuses to order here anymore. Also, we used to order from here at my job at least 3-4 times a week. Now we're lucky to see it in the breakroom once a week. The older gentleman is very rude. While ordering (for 3 people or more) we ask for them to bring extra change due to people paying separately. He always shows up with just enough change for the complete order and yells, "pay all together then you figure it out." I just ordered from here through door dash, and received terrible food. I ordered cheese fries with extra cheese, and they sent one small cup of COLD cheese sauce. I also got fried mushrooms, and they sent a cup of marinara sauce that is moldy. I called the store to let them know about the mold so they don’t give it to anyone else, and the lady hung up on me.
