I had ordered a breakfast bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a small coffee over the mobile app. When I got there the customer service representative had my coffee waiting but no bagel, she told me that their store is too small for the use of ovens and that they don't have any bagels left. After I had asked her for a refund she stated that if I wanted to I could travel to Saint Johnsbury to have them make my bagel there, that's an entire 15 minutes away! And she told me I'd have to talk to corporate about a refund. So I called corporate in the parking lot and sat on hold for half an hour! I finally decided to create a customer care case online and instead of a refund they sent me a coupon for a free donut and coffee at any location of my choice, no refund.
I usually wouldn't be upset over something like this but the fact that the customer service representative lied to my face about not having ovens in their location was upsetting, I've ordered breakfast sandwiches from this location in the past and have never had any issues until today.
I will never buy from this location again and I will advise everyone I know and come across not to depend on them for their breakfast needs.

Read moreI’ve been going to this location for many years to get coffee because of limited take out coffee options in the Lyndonville area and have tolerated the nonsense at this location to get my Dunkin coffee fix, yet what happened today was complete nonsense. I stated my order clearly and slowly only to have the cashier shout three times. The first time as I told her my first coffee order she told me to “HOLD ON!”; in surprise I said, “I’m sorry” to diffuse the situation. The second time she shouted at the register, and then she shouted a third time, telling me to “HOLD ON!” as I told her my second coffee order. I only placed a simple order for two coffees and this is what I get. Moreover, she smiled facetiously at me after shouting the third time. What kind of funky service is? I ordered a cocoa mocha and it’s 90% milk, 10% coffee and there was no cocoa. My boyfriend got a caramel craze and it was the same, mostly milk with a little coffee.
