My experience here as a worker (if you can call it that).I was harassed by another co worker for 2 months.After finally having enough I told Michelle and she did something about it for a week and week later I got suspended while I did do what I was suspended for they refused to listen to me about my disability.She also put Summer the girl who was harrassing me for months and she also told management lies to make herself look better.3 days after I had returned I was fired and Michelle made up some bullshit lie and made it seem like I did it.This place is toxic and it doesn't surprise me that the comments here are on food quality also without proper communication you can't keep up with food quality.This place does care about protocols just only the ones that corporate can see which includes letting people who are sick come to work.After speaking with Crystal about it (another manager) she said its no big deal.The upper management here is terrible and they would rather cover up the problems...
Read moreI end up going here atleast once a day and lately I have been extremely dissatisfied with the service I have been getting. The last 4 times I have gone through the drive through my order has been either completely wrong or missing a variety of items including a Mcchicken, fries, no straws for drinks, and today I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe with bacon (which is a 10$ sandwich) and they only gave me one patty on it. Since the employees don’t care enough to get an order right and the management doesn’t seem to care enough to train their employees I will nolonger be eating here. I understand this is a fast food chain and mistakes happen, but I shouldn’t have to deal with multiple mistakes every time I buy food here. Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating experience at the local McDonald's today. I was trapped in the drive-thru line for an excruciating 25 minutes with no movement at all. The reason? They were switching from breakfast to lunch service and had halted all order-taking, which they failed to communicate to the 10+ cars waiting in line. This halt in service seems to be a breach of typical company standards and showed a lack of respect for customers' time. The service at this McDonald’s is consistently slow and the quality is subpar.
