Absolutely worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We w a lot in to order the girl is hunched over on the register. I asked about what the pub fries are. I quote her saying "I don't know we don't have a button for that." I asked, can you ask someone what they are or do you even sell them. She said once again. "I don't know we don't have a button for that" she didn't even take the time to get off her elbows at the register to turn around and ask the other employees about them. We turned around and walked out. She yelled at us as we got to the door sorry. The entire time this was going on the other employees are in the background goofing aroind. The cook was messing with his mouth. I called the store to speak to the manager, she was laughing and oblivious to the fact that she was answering the phone and laughed in my ear before I could even say antthing and said hello. I had to ask is this Wendys? She continues to laugh and say yes. I asked if she was the girl at the register. She says no. I asked what her name was and the manager responded with again i quote "why" so I told her i had good feedback in order to get the name. It was obvious that she was not ready to take her position seriously. She told me the girls name is felicity. I then called the corporate office and told they would have the general manager call me. I have the entire call recorded. This is 100% unacceptable. I was not asking for any special services I asked about a product that was in their menu and the ignorance I received back that you don't have a button for that is insanity and needs to be brought to the attention...
Read moreWe stopped here at this Wendy’s to grab a quick bite to eat on our travels since it was right off the highway we are on. It is very busy with minimal staff. Not sure if they are short handed or they only run a 2-3 person team here. The cashier Becky is amazing. She keeps the line moving even though it’s really busy and she is very thorough when taking your order by not rushing you, repeating it back to make sure she got it right and smiling the whole time. So friendly.Well she has a mask on, but you can tell she has a smile on her face.
Now as to the staff member who is making the food and who appears to be a manager based on the color of her shirt.....NO MASK! Really!? #1 you should have one on while making food. #2 you should be setting an example for your staff. I don’t know if this county is different with masks or what, but there were 3 or 4 different people (even a cop) who were able to order without a mask on as well. All in all, Becky, the cashier is the only reason I actually proceeded with paying and getting my food, even though I don’t like the fact the person making it isn’t wearing a mask.

Read moreA few days ago the blonde girl covered in self harm scars at the window was REEKING of alcohol, slurring her words, she could barely speak, and was turning purple as I sat there waiting for my frosty. I could smell the strong odor of alcohol on her breath so badly I had to roll my window up most of the way as she talked. As I waited for the car in front of me I could hear other employees out back speaking about someone doing drugs on their shift and they seemed incredibly upset by what was happening, I would bet my bottom dollar they were speaking about that same girl at the window. I heard one long haired gentleman say how their bosses won't do anything about it if the other guy said anything to them and that appeared to make the bearded gentleman quite sad, as I saw him hang his head down low and the longer haired one patted his shoulder. Looking at the other reviews on here, and I'm not surprised to see others have had such disappointing experiences if the managers of the establishment allow people to do drugs and alcohol in their place of business. That girl looked very young, the managers should be ashamed of themselves. I will be spending my money elsewhere every night from now on. This has bothered me for days, so much so that my husband suggested I post a review to quell my feelings. I hope that management sees this, they deserve to be...
