Let me see. I have been coming here for 12 years and this is the worst I have seen. The employees are great, always treated me with respect. My issue is with Daniella as the manager (and possibly the owner since my fiance has remarked her concerns directly to their FACE). They are cheap, cutting back on everything from the donuts for frosting and decorations on donuts to how many pumps of flavoring that I am being charged for and not getting. Where does she come off shorting the flavor pumps. I have had to turn around and purchase for $60 my own flavor and since spring I have had to add two full pumps of flavor TO EVERY ICED COFFEE when I get home. Should this continue then you won't just lose one long term customer, but two, for My fiance has decided that she would rather order the flavoring and start making her own so then she knows it will be made properly and she will get the flavoring we PAID for, unlike this store. Read moreI came to this Dunkin’ with my coworkers expecting nothing more than a simple coffee, but instead we were met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee, Jalissa, was shockingly rude — raising her voice, showing no professionalism, and treating us as if we were a problem instead of customers.
It was humiliating to be spoken to in such a disrespectful way over something as small as an order mistake. I never imagined a company like Dunkin’ would tolerate an employee who treats people with such hostility.
No one deserves to be treated like this. If you value respect and decency, avoid this location...
