Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lynwood

This place needs a major overhaul with their drive-through service. The last time I was there it took them about 25 minutes to get my order. Normally I would've driven away but I was stuck in line. When I did get my order my sandwich was soggy but didn't check it before I drove away.

This Jack in the box let me down big time, I did notice only 2 workers inside though the drive-through window and perhaps they were short staffed, but either corporate or the store owner needs to read this so they can improve service. While I'm on the subject of management review, Jack in the box restaurants need to switch their coffee choice, it's terrible. The only reason I still go after the McDonald's breakfast most of the time is because their coffee, McCafe, this coffee is really good. I think Jack in the box has better breakfast sandwich selections, but, their coffee is terrible (weak tastes like tea).

I order taco combo, with jalapeño and Ice coffee The lady cashier did not ring up my order on screen, just said move forward. I asked the cashier Miss did u get my order, she replied I am not goin to repeat my self move forward. I said Miss you do not need to be rude? I am asking a polite way, she replied again I am not going to repeat my self again…. move forward.

I did pick up food, and drove off.

With this kind of service it’s terrible.

They had a lady management a girl cashier and a male cashier. I honestly do not know if it was the management or cashier, who treated me rudely?

I am customer occasionally, maybe every other day.

Worse Jack in the box in L.A. first, they don't wanna take your order at the window. In the few moments that I was there I saw 4 customers leaving cause they didn't want to take their orders. Second, they wanna charge you extra for everything. From a straw, to ketchup etc. That's when they rush to the window to charge you.! That's the only time they are willing to help. The Lady manager there has the worse attitude with the worse customer service. First and last time going there. Been to different locations and by far this is the...
