I used to love coming when it was La Tijuana I understand things change but seems like it went downhill. I ordered a cake for my baby shower here and when I picked it up they said I had to wait a few minutes because it wasn’t ready yet okay cool I waited and then when I was handed the cake it just didn’t look like the picture at all. I told them to write something on top and it was so sloppy and slanted but I was in a rush because my baby shower was about to start I had no time to ask them to fix it or even order from somewhere else so last minute so I took and was like ok as long as it tastes good. By the time we cut the cake we noticed it was so dry (I ordered tres leches) and then the fruit was wrong we only asked for peaches it was like strawberry jam and pineapple. The pineapple was hard and it was just not good. No one ate it I felt so bad because people were looking forward to eating the cake. I called to complain the guy told me what did I want a refund or just calling to complain I said a refund would be good and he said okay let me tell the owner he’s not here rn he’ll come like 4-5. I said ok do I need to bring the cake because I have a small piece left but he told me no that he believed me and that I didn’t have to bring it. Here comes 4-6 I call and he tells me the owner isn’t there that he’ll be here tomorrow 9-10am. I said ok I call and they basically told me they can’t do nothing unless I bring the cake in. THIS IS WHY I ASKED IF I HAD TO BRING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I told them ima write a review and they didn’t care that’s how you know they truly don’t care about the customers just the money lol. Oh well overall if I can give 0 stars I would I don’t recommend getting a cake from here. My 3 year old could’ve done...

I ordered a cake for my baby shower, Upon arriving the cake was hideous, but I didnt mind it. I told myself as long as its good. Then when we cut the cake around 10:30PM I noticed it was not what we asked for. They gave us different toppings then what we asked, not only was there different toppings, but I asked for Tres leches and the cake was super dry! I called back the next day and the gentlemen I spoke to said I didn't need to bring nothing back and the owner will be there from 4-5PM. I said okay. I call back at 4 and they said no he's still not here the owner will be here from 8-9AM the next day. The next day arrives and of course, the owner is STILL not their. I finally said to myself that's enough of this. I go in person and then they're arguing with me that I should've brought the entire cake back or half? Also that I should've called them after hours to complain? they closed at 10PM and we cut the cake at 10:30PM It's ridiculous enough at the fact that I'm already back and forth with this place but now that I'm here in person they want to tell me that? Of course they didn't offer a refund half a refund, nothing. Acting like it is my fault that one of their employees told me i didnt have to bring cake back. Oh also, the owner was still not there while I was there in person. Very Unprofessional bakery. I asked to get a photo of how the cake was supposed to look and they did not want me to take a photo of it so they did not bring out the cake book. So I'll just leave a photo of how ugly the cake was. Wish I could've grabbed a photo to compare how beautiful it should...

A small cozy bakery with Amazing Customers Service with every visit. A great Neighborhood bakery that has the most delicious 🤤 mouth watering freshly baked goodies 🥐🍞. I personally have a few that are my favorite so I would highly recommend for anyone to give them a try and stop by to get yours you will Not 🙅 be disappointed trust me! They have a variety of other items from Aguas frescas, raspados, nieves, Jugos, Bionicos, Licuados, Smoothies, Mangoneadas, Dorilocos, Tostilocos, Frapuccino or maybe you would love some freshly brewed coffee ☕ to start your day 🌅 right. This is my favorite bakery 🥯🧁 that I 💕 to get my pan 🥖🥐 for my family. A clean well organized with great Atmosphere and amazing Smelling goods as you make your way in. The Quality of the pan is Amazing everything is so fresh, soft and full of great flavors 😋.
