I went to primo burgers on August 12th through the drive thru. I ordered a chicken dinner meal total around 16 dollars. I paid with my debit card. Which they said they will charge me 20 dollars on the card and give me around 4 dollars cash. Why do they do this I am not sure why they can't charge the exact amount on the card.
