My dad had ordered an order from on their website and it gave him the option of pickup or delivery so he did delivery (he he works from home). His order was placed and he thought someone from Tim Hortons just brings the order over but then he got an email saying someone from DoorDash was grabbing his order which he found weird because he didn’t order it from DoorDash. The driver had called him saying “Tim Hortons is yelling at me telling me they don’t do DoorDash orders and threatening me and told me to leave. I’m gonna see if I can get you a refund.” The driver couldn’t get my dad his $19 refund back because the order wasn’t processed through DoorDash. I called the store the store had said “we don’t do DoorDash orders, we have tried to tell them this.” Anyway, my dad had sent me to go up there and grab our food. When I came back my order was completely wrong. My dad’s hot chocolate had no whipped cream after I asked for it (mind you they charge for this), my sandwich was made completely wrong, and they didn’t give me my doughnuts. I had went to the store and the girl (who looked like 15 said she was the manager) gave me the correct items but she had an attitude over the phone and in person to me. Not only are the drinks ALWAYS made wrong, but this last time really blew me away… I ordered on the app in the parking lot of this tim hortons as I ALWAYS do!!!!!! And I got 6 donuts for my kids at 630 am and a coffee for me. I was with my young child. This staff was SO RUDE TO US!!!!!! To leave this short- I left there crying hysterically without our order & without my money back! These people are insane! I reported it to corporate the second I got home. These psychos tried saying the app sent my order to a different store. I showed him on google and my receipt on app that his address was where I was at…… he tried saying it wasn’t right online . His female employee was a straight animal in how she treated us as well. I hope they both know what terrible people they are. I was a loyal customer to this location !!!!! Read moreI don't know how the Tim Horton's franchise system works...are the problems due to local management or the rules/regulations of the company. For years now, since before 2020, I have had issues with their app not working and have had various employees over the years tell me that others experience that as well. So, there have been known problems for years, and yet they still have promotions that require in app purchase. How is that right and fair for those of us who constantly experience app issues.
