Kroger — Local services in Lyon Charter Township

Enter at your own risk. Absolutely gross experience here after I usually visit my clean and helpful White Lake Kroger. Your can room is horrifying and you have an employee standing outside it doing absolutely nothing. I witnessed one of "parking lot" people as he described himself get in a verbal altercation after he (whether accidentally or purposefully, who knows) took another shopper's can slip from the machine the shopper was using. Then the employee yelled at me and shoved past me when I tried to tell him that the machine next to me wasn't working. The other shopper had to intervene and stop the employee from talking over me. The rest of the store is in a state: disorderly, prices not updated. I get that we're all stressed, but perhaps check in with White Lake and see how they're managing to keep up. I'm here today on a one off experience trying to help my elderly mom and I will not let her come back in here....

The only reason I am giving three stars is because I have had great interactions prior to today. But what an incredibly rude customer service woman working the phones today April 2 around 9:30 am. I called and was kind and said my delivery order was wrong and I didn’t receive multiple items and received someones else’s, how could we remedy it? She quickly told me it was not their problem and to call 1-800-Kroger, was rude and abrupt and NO help. I said that’s incredibly unhelpful and she said well that’s what we’ve got and then sarcastically said have a nice day!!!! I’m in customer service as a Realtor and I just can’t imagine speaking to someone like that. Companies need to be careful who they have answering their phones. I won’t use this...

Kroger is a great place to shop — they offer a wide selection of fresh produce, quality products, and fair prices. The store is usually clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need.

One of the best things about this location is the staff. The employees are always kind, helpful, and genuinely grateful for their customers. You can tell they work hard and care about doing a good job.
