I would appreciate if the Owner of this shop would call me. The young man that works there has lied to me twice & charged me more money that what he told me when I dropped my ring off. I brought in a 10k gold ring missing 1 cz diamond stone, and I wanted sized from an 8 to a 7 5. He told me $5 for the clear cz stone, and $40 to size down. When my daughter just picked my ring up, he charged her $58. I believe he's charging more & pocketing the difference. I had originally brought in 2 rings to be resized, but he lied about that too saying my size 7 ring was a size 6 ring so he could charge me for sizing my ring a whole & half size up. I wanted my size 7 ring to be a size 7.5, a half size up. He said it's 6, I know it's a 7. He said it would have costed $78 to size this ring from a 6 to a 7 5, so I declined. I'm assuming this is an employee, well he's ripping off customers, at least one. I won't be back, I would never recommend this shop to anyone I know. Also, the store is never opened until 7pm like all their info says. I even called yesterday and spoke to this employee to ask what time he closes & he said 7pm. My daughter got there around 630pm and the shop was closed. I'm very frustrated & angry with this business. Had some very sentimental diamonds taken from 2 separate rings and put into new settings on a new singular band. Within a week one of the diamonds was loose. This was never an issue with the original rings in the decades previous. I brought the ring back and he quickly reset the diamond. Now here I am, 3 weeks later and I am missing a diamond (which was a family heirloom). Why did I pay nearly a grand just to lose something so sentimental and irreplaceable???

Edited to add: After they reached out to make things right my husband went back in. They replaced the lost stone and added extra brackets to better secure the stones. Hoping this means we will avoid this happening again in the future!
